QUESTIONS FOR YOU: Is this just a one-time mistake? Or, evidence of deeper problems with media credibility? (Due Dec. 3)
QUESTIONS FOR YOU: Is this just a one-time mistake? Or, evidence of deeper problems with media credibility?
i think media credibility has weakend through out the years as new coverage begins to be dull or bias even more on entertainment than actual news. With the false coverage on 60 minutes, shows that there needs to be more researchg before any coveage should be shared and discussed with the viewer. This is not a one time thing and i hope this should be a reminder so that media credibility wont end up in bad press.

My Favorite Media
my favorite media would have to be music. i cant go a day with out listening to a good tune. whether its just the instrumental or even a selective of genres such as reggae, hip hop, jazz, Rap , R&B and BLue. i love music so much i made it my career. i produce music and also work in the artist brand and development so everyday im meeting new creative artist who shares there passion for music as much as myself. Radio stations that plays good music would be 93.5 KDAY where they keep that good essence of west coast Radio. 94.7 the wave would be the best hands down for smooth listening of jazz and great R&B.

Media Bias ...
PBS is one example of a news station that tries to report fairly and accurately since it is a public broadcasting station. They try to keep their viewers watching each and every day which is why they want to be as fair as possible. Another example of a un-biased news network is CNN. They tend to receive higher ratings because more people tend to tune in and watch it for unbiased news.

What is your favorite movie/movie star?
My favorite movie has to be "Boyz N The Hood" written by John Singleton starring Ice Cube, Cuba Gooding, Nia Long and Angela Bassett and laurence fishburne. the depiction of south central from the movie was something i could related to being that i grew up in that very same community where some of those tradegies has taken place. from the enjoyment of being out on crenshaw hanging out in low riders as a kid, to even having close friends get caught up in the streets. the character depiction in the movie resembles actions from my older brothers and also their friends. the movie was such a cultural impact and won many Awards and accolades, making Singleton the youngest person ever nominated for Best Director and the first African–American to be nominated for the award.
consumption of audio media
as the hours go by through out my day ,I stream audio all around the clock. from using my phone with streaming apps like last fm or iTunes radio or even checking out the radio for news in the morning.By observing my own media behavior i have spent about 52 hours and 50 minutes of my time with audio consumption. The consumption of audio media in my opinion is risingin. The number of people who used their cellphones to listen to online-only radio in their cars nearly double in 2011 stated on the website "state of media"

In your opinion, are printed books a thing of the past? Why
In my opinion printed books to me will never be a thing in the past it will always excel on through to the future, as the time has carried with technology, books are now able to be view through programs such as e readers, e - books etc... but printed books is packaged in its own form of art such as the the remarkable cover art and author details on its casing, for example in music a recording artist takes the jewel case creativity as serious as the music so I would go with the same motive as a print publisher. In the article I was reading on Mashable .com
Books have physical beauty.
Printed books are quality collectibles. some of my favorite printed books are from the author Donald Goines, I would perfer a hard copy then e - reader. With the progress of the e readers books are easy to get to at any moment with out even leaving your home but for a good quality book its always a good choice to support your local book store.. the thought of printed books being a thing of the past is like imaging a library with only e reader and kindle devices that would be very depreciative but its only my opinion
